We offer web development, design, hosting, and maintenance services. All projects are subject to mutual agreement via a formal contract.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront payment before project commencement.
• Final payment upon project completion.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and content developed by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion, rights are transferred to the client.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds after project development begins.
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

6. Liability & Warranty

We ensure all work is free from defects for 30 days post-delivery. Beyond this period, support is provided at an additional cost.

7. Privacy Policy

Client data is confidential. We adhere to GDPR and Kenyan data protection laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi courts.
